Aims & Scope
The Journal of Power Science and Technology aims to promote scientific and technological progress in the power industry. The journal publishes only novel, high-quality, and high-impact review papers, original research papers, short communications, and commentaries, covering various disciplines in the field of power science and technology. It is journal policy to publish special issues on topical and emergent subjects of power technology research or related areas. Special issues of selected, peer-reviewed papers from scientific meetings, workshops, conferences on power science and technology will also be published.

This means that research topics previously deemed within scope may now fall outside the scope of the journal as our scientific and technical understanding of the field evolves, and topics become less novel, original, or relevant to the Journal of Power Science and Technology.
