Authorship and Conflict of Interest
Authors should ensure that all listed individuals have made substantial contributions to the manuscript and that their order is not in question.
The corresponding author should ensure that all individuals involved are included in the list of authors, and that all co-authors have agreed to publish in this journal. Authors should ensure and agree on a specific definition of authorship, which means providing a specific definition of author identity.
Authors should recognize that others who have made efforts on some aspect of this manuscript need to be acknowledged. Any financial support for this work should be declared in the manuscript.
Copyright
All signed authors should have made substantial contributions to the research. All copyright owners must agree to sign the copyright transfer agreement.
Article Processing Charges
To provide open access (OA) services, the "Journal of Electric Power Science and Technology" has established rules for open access fees, also known as article processing charges (APCs). When an article is accepted for publication, the author, funder, or institution is required to pay a certain APC. Specifically, for Chinese authors: a review fee of 200 RMB per article, and a publication fee of 3500 RMB per article; for authors outside China: a review fee of 400 RMB per article, with no publication fee. Note: The number of pages is calculated based on the final PDF version, and additional charges may apply for printing charts in color.
User Rights
All users should follow the CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 License as a prerequisite when using articles in this journal. The License allows users to copy and distribute articles under the term of 1. This is not done for commercial purposes or distribution of articles if edited. 2. The user has appropriate credit (with a link to the formal publication through the relevant DOI) and can provide a link to the license but not in any way implying that the licensor is endorsing the user or the use of the work. 3. No derivatives including remix, transform, or build upon the material are allowed for distribution. The authors have the right to store their articles in the institutional repository.
Academic Misconduct Detection
The "Journal of Electric Power Science and Technology" has a strict academic misconduct policy. If any form of plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected outright. Specifically, submissions preliminarily identified as academically misconducted through the CNKI AMLC system (https://check7.cnki.net/amlc2/Login.aspx) will be rejected. Once the ratio number of repeat checks exceeds 10%, processing of the submission should be terminated.
Advertising Policy
The "Journal of Electric Power Science and Technology" does not publish any advertisements. The journal's website does not publish any advertisements.
Marketing
Any marketing activities directly or indirectly involving the manuscript should be carefully considered and not accepted. The "Journal of Electric Power Science and Technology" only publishes truthful and non-misleading information to readers.
