Abstract
At present, whether a distribution network needs to be improve is solely determined by its power supply reliability, which will make it difficult to enhance power consumption experience effectively. This paper proposes a reliability promotion investment method for distribution network based on object selection for the first time. Firstly, an index system to evaluate demands of distribution network reliability promotion is established including power supply reliability index, region characteristic index, customers’ expect index and economic effect index. Based on the index system, the reliability promotion necessity of distribution network is evaluated and ranked by improved order relation method. According to evaluation results, final reliability promotion planning is determined by total investment and technical transformation cost of each distribution network. Finally, an application example proves that the planning method proposed in this paper shows effectiveness and practical application value.
